1) Vibration control for the concrete industry
Our client is a global player within vibrationsanlæg to the concrete industry, chose Micro Technic to design a complete vibration control

2) Controller for water purification
This project was created for a client who sold complete water treatment plants for swimming pools and halls in Scandinavia. The background was the regulatory requirements on a documentation of water quality in public swimming pools.

Embedded System Designs

Micro Technic specializes in developing embedded systems. Here are some brief descriptions of our recent projects:

ARM9 design projects.

A) Development of ARM9-based trafficcontrol.
Our client wanted to get an upgraded PLC control for a embedded solution where we chose a design based on ARM9 from Atmega. The aim was to gain a more accessible (and less proprietary) system based on some open communication protocols including TCP / IP.

B) HDSL modem with integrated primary switcher
This product was developed for a client who makes systems trafficmonitoring. Communication in HDSL modem (2.3Mbit synchronously) is controlled by an ARM9 processor from Atmel. The modem uses existing cabling between each set of traffic lights and can upgrade existing facilities at no additional cost. In addition, we developed a primary power supply accourding to LVD directive so that SHDL modem can be connected directly to 220V without external AC / DC Converter. The modem will be delivered in a customer-designed cabinet, and Micro Technic delivers today a complete box-build solution incl. software testing and customer packaging.

The last 30 years Micro Technic has been developing electronics for our clients from idea to finished product.

Micro Technic specializes in the development of embedded systems, power supplies, appliances, industrial PCs and industrial control systems. Our know-how about the design and the knowledge we have on production, we make sure are available to our customers. Thus ensuring the customer an ideal solution taking into account that the developed product also can be subsequently produced.

Micro Technic has developed a specialized knowledge of microprocessor technology (from PIC to the ARM9), communication interfaces and protocols, system and application software and mechanical design and encapsulation of products under the environmental standards of the product are subject.

We call it "Design for Manufacturing".
