The Micronix Eagle is a small, compact yet high performance telemetry/outstation system at a very affordable price
It is designed for collecting and logging parameters of analogue or digital nature at high speeds. Logging can be triggered by time, time interval, alarms or user defined events and the data can be transferred through the free software or from a central SCADA system. Communication links through all types of modems using Modbus RTU Communication Protocol or through direct serial communication. Choosing a Linux version allows for TCP/IP connection.
Utilising standard SoftPLCs (like IsaGRAF or others), you can have a complete data acquisition AND control in ONE box.The Eagle RTU system is a PC/104 based architecture built into a standard DIN-rail system.

Another great feature of the Micronix Eagle RTU is the fact that it is a modular system. As demonstrated by the pictures below, the Eagle system is a modular system. The basic system consists of a CPU (up to 800MHz) and a Power supply module. Then depending on requirements a series of I/O modules can be added giving you a system which can have from only a few to several hundreds of digital or analogue I/O points which are all easily accessible through the green screw terminals.
