It is based on Atmel SAMA5D3 ARM Cortex-A5 series eMPUs which can operate at up to 536MHz. The module integrates 256MB LPDDR SDRAM, 512MB NAND Flash, a 10/100 Ethernet PHY on board and is equipped with two 90-pin connectors to bring out all the I/O signals from the CPU Module. Multiple connectivity options, integrated power management, powerful peripherals, and real-time control make the xCORE-SAMA5D3X series the perfect choice for your next design.
